## Who we are

This website, clione.ai, is run by Red Forest USA LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Red Forest USA LLC, and "you" means anyone who uses the site, or the business on whose behalf they use it.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

## What these terms cover

These terms cover the website at clione.ai, its Spanish pages under /es/ included, and anything you send us through it. How we handle personal data is set out in the [privacy notice](/privacy/), and what you may do with the site's content is set out on the [licensing page](/licensing/). Both are part of these terms.

## The site and the Clione service

The site describes Clione and teaches the subjects around it. It is not the service, and nothing on it is an offer to provide the service or a contract to do so.

Clione is in beta. We are taking selected clients into this stage, in limited places, free of charge, until the beta ends in Q1 2027. Access to the service is agreed with us directly, and the service is governed by the terms of that agreement, not by these.

Where the site describes a feature as coming soon or arriving, it is describing work in progress. That is not a promise that the feature will arrive, in that form or by any date.

## Using the site

You may read the site, link to any page of it, and quote it as the [licensing page](/licensing/) allows. Search engines and AI systems may read it as that page sets out.

You agree not to:

- interfere with the site or the network that serves it, including by sending requests at a rate that slows it down for others;
- try to get around its security, or reach any part of it that is not public;
- send through a form on the site an email address that is not yours, or anything you have no right to send;
- use the site to break the law, or to mislead anyone about who you are or about where content came from.

We may block access from anyone who does.

## Content, names and marks

The content of the site belongs to Red Forest USA LLC or to the people who licensed it to us. The [licensing page](/licensing/) says what you may do with it, including the glossary definitions, which you may reuse under an open license.

The Clione name and logo identify our product, and these terms give you no right to use them. Shopify, BigCommerce and the other platforms and products the site names belong to their owners. Naming them describes what Clione works with or writes for; it does not mean their owners endorse us.

## The library is general information

The glossary, the reading paths, the guides, the comparisons and the studies explain how search engines, AI assistants and ecommerce platforms work. They are general information, dated, and they can go out of date when a platform or a standard changes. They are not advice about your store or your business: check what a page says against your own situation before you act on it.

## Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate. A page that describes Clione describes it as it stands on the date of that page. We may change, move or remove any part of the site at any time, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

## Links to other sites

The site links to sites we do not run, such as the platforms it names, the sources the library cites and the Chrome Web Store. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

## No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as it is and as available, without any warranty, express or implied, including any warranty that it is fit for a particular purpose, accurate, uninterrupted or free of harmful code.

## Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, that arises from your use of the site or from relying on it.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away a right you have as a consumer where you live.

## Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we change their date. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply to that use.
