What changed in Clione, release by release, written for the people who use it. This log starts with what shipped after v0.13.0 (2026-09-17); earlier releases predate it and are not listed here. Every entry appears in English and Spanish.

## Version 0.20.0 · 7 October 2026

### New

- Before you publish, you can now approve or reject each field one by one. A rejected field keeps what your store shows today, and the next enrichment learns from the value you kept.
- You can now send a ChatGPT Ads feed from each store: choose which categories, collections or single products to advertise (nothing is advertised by default), add the Ads SFTP account, and Clione uploads it every day.
- AI Visibility now also checks Google's own AI answers -- the AI Overview above the results and AI Mode -- for your weekly questions, next to ChatGPT and Gemini. Questions where Google shows no AI answer are counted apart, not as a miss.
- You can now add AI Visibility questions in bulk: upload a CSV (optionally sending each question to a hero product by SKU), or pick from the questions people already search for on Google to reach your store. A preview shows what goes in and why the rest does not.

### Fixed

- The Spanish documentation now has its footer and sidebar headings in Spanish, and the Dashboard link opens your own dashboard.
- The per-version Search Console results on an item's History tab load again for stores with Search Console connected.
- The Spanish dashboard no longer mixes in English labels or wrong singular/plural forms ("1 FAQs", "documento(s)").
- The documentation site now shows the Clione logo properly in light and dark mode, and code examples are easier to read.
- The setup progress on a store's Overview now matches the Setup page exactly: same steps, same count.
- Generated FAQs now answer from your product's approved enrichment, so a material, size or compatibility in an answer matches what the enriched description says.
- Opening your client list no longer switches the store you had selected in the sidebar -- you stay on the store you were working on.

### Improved

- The docs now cover AI Training and the Playground, SEO Performance, selling in several languages, support cases and the MCP endpoint for AI agents, in English and Spanish.

## Version 0.19.0 · 6 October 2026

### New

- After an update, Clione now shows you once what changed in the new version, in your language, with a link to the full changelog.
- Owners and admins can now invite new teammates by email from Organization → Members; they join by accepting the invitation.
- BigCommerce merchants can now connect and verify their own subdomain for AI-readable files from Settings → Integrations.
- You can now turn the weekly task email off from Notifications, and choosing "No emails" stops it too.

### Fixed

- Agent files served from a Shopify store (llms.txt, agents.json, product documents) now link correctly even when the store's app path differs from the default.
- Enrichment keeps working when one AI provider runs out of credit or rejects its key: Clione switches to its second provider and our team is alerted straight away.
- The light theme is easier to read: links, muted text and status messages now meet WCAG AA contrast, and form fields have a visible border.
- The dashboard's Spanish texts were reviewed and completed on the main merchant screens.
- The Products list now tells apart a product whose page is live but can't be bought ("Not purchasable") from one that isn't on your store at all ("Hidden" / "Unpublished"), and the availability filter uses the same rule.
- Store Settings now shows WooCommerce as the platform of a WooCommerce store instead of BigCommerce.
- The store chat panel now opens full height instead of a clipped box under the top bar.
- After an update, a tab you left open now offers to reload instead of showing untranslated text.
- Asking for more trial time now opens a short request form instead of a problem report.

### Improved

- Our refund policy is now published and linked from every page footer.

## Version 0.18.0 · 3 October 2026

### New

- AI Visibility can now show whether ChatGPT and Gemini still recommend your store when the shopper asks them to compare and pick one to buy, and who takes your place when they stop.
- Page tours for products, approvals, publishing and reports now open with a short video of the task, in your language.
- Clione now works out your store's sector from your categories after the first sync and shows it on the Overview, so you can confirm it or change it in one click.
- Category, collection and page lists now load page by page, so large catalogues open quickly.
- Every setup step and tour step now has "Ask about this step": the help assistant answers from that step's own guide, with sources, and can check the step on your store for you.
- You can now follow your support cases in the dashboard: see their status, read and reply to the team, and confirm when a problem is solved. You get an email when a person from the team replies.
- The welcome now says what it will actually do: no fixed question count, and "Finish and set up" when your store is already connected.
- The docs now have a short step-by-step tutorial for each core task -- connecting a store, syncing, enriching, reviewing, publishing, verifying, rolling back, reports, the FAQ widget and Pulse -- in English and Spanish.
- When the help assistant can't answer, you can open a case that already includes your conversation, the page you were on and any recent error -- you review it and confirm before anything is sent.
- Each store now has a setup checklist that checks your store itself -- from connecting it to your first published and verified change -- and opens the assistant or page that finishes each step.
- New accounts now get a short welcome that asks what you want from Clione, your platform and what your store sells, then takes you straight to connecting your store.
- Each main page now shows a short tour the first time you open it, and you can bring it back any time from the "?" button in the top bar.
- A new Help button on every page answers your questions about Clione from our documentation, always showing the source -- and when the docs don't cover it, it says so and lets you open a case.
- Long dialogs now scroll inside, so the confirm button is always within reach on small screens.
- While a catalogue sync runs, you now see how many products, categories and pages have been processed so far, not only the result at the end.
- Score my store has its own page: leave your store URL and email, and the report arrives within 24 hours.
- A product, collection or page you delete in your store now disappears from Clione too, after a short grace period in case the deletion was a mistake.

### Fixed

- The warning shown before enriching an item with incomplete data now appears in your dashboard's language, and its buttons no longer get cut off.
- Something you delete in your store also disappears from what Clione serves to AI agents straight away, including its FAQs, and is never enriched again.
- Menus and panels that stayed dark in light mode, like the Publish signals picker, now follow the light theme.
- Help links across the dashboard now open the right documentation page instead of a page that does not exist.
- "Ask about this step" in a page tour now answers from that page's own guide, and the setup checklist's help link opens the right documentation page.
- Screens that still showed English text while the dashboard was set to Spanish are now fully translated.
- The branded reports page is now fully translated in Spanish.
- The help on the setup recommendations now uses the same labels you see on screen.
- The help panels on the Playground, the product feed card and the storefront-script warning show their explanations again.

### Improved

- The "Enrich with AI" tutorial now shows exactly what you do in your dashboard, from the product page to the confirmation, with a video in English and Spanish.
- The tutorials and help pages now show real screenshots and step-by-step videos of the product, in English and Spanish.

## Version 0.17.0 · 1 October 2026

### New

- You can now send your catalogue to ChatGPT shopping: paste the SFTP account OpenAI gives you and Clione uploads a fresh product feed every day.
- The weekly task email now reaches every owner of your organization, and each one carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Growth, Pro and Agency plans now include one hero product per store, checked every week in ChatGPT and Gemini, the two AI assistants Clione measures by default.
- Attribution -- which orders come from AI assistants and how enriched products sell -- is part of the Pro and Agency plans, in the dashboard and in branded reports.
- Your store overview now has a "This week" list of what to fix -- setup steps, questions where AI assistants stopped naming your products, products left out of your feed and hero products with no questions -- each one linking to the screen that fixes it.
- Each hero product now shows the attributes AI assistants quote for the competing products that beat it, with a link to every answer, and one click adds any of them to the product's next enrichment at no cost.
- While an experiment runs on your store, products that are its reference group are paused from publishing, and the product page tells you why.
- A new experiment report shows, per group of products, whether changing the product page, the feed or both made AI assistants mention and cite your products more than the untouched control group.
- Branded reports can now include an attribution section -- orders referred by AI assistants against the rest, and revenue on enriched products against the others -- with every figure's noise range, and anything unmeasured labelled as such instead of shown as zero.
- A new Attribution page compares sales from AI assistants with the rest, and sales of enriched products with the rest, with ranges that show when a difference may be noise and a plain list of what cannot be measured.
- Your product feed settings now show the last five builds, what each one left out and why, plus how to use the same feed in Microsoft Merchant Center and Meta.
- Paste any URL on clione.ai and get its AI-readiness score, the first thing to fix and how it compares with stores in your sector -- the same score the Clione Pulse extension gives.
- Agencies get a Client performance table: coverage, Pulse score and AI mentions for every client side by side, sortable by each figure.
- Your Merchant Center supplemental feed now fills color, material, size, gender and age group when your store states them.
- With Google Analytics connected, Clione now matches your orders to the visits that produced them and tells you which came from AI assistants, and which AI sources cannot be measured.
- Stores that sell photo and video accessories now get enrichment that cites load capacity, heights, plate standards and light output with their units, plus a few extra questions in Teach the AI about exactly those details.
- In Clione Pulse, once you register you can score your whole store in one click and get the full report by email.
- Your Merchant Center supplemental feed now carries Google's product category, but only when it matches Google's official list exactly.
- You can now ask questions about your store's catalogue in plain language from the dashboard; the assistant only reads your data and never changes anything.
- Clione now keeps a read-only copy of your last 30 days of orders, so it can show which sales came from AI assistants.
- After you score your store, you get a short follow-up with what to fix first and a reminder of your free trial -- and you can unsubscribe in one click.
- Each recommendation on your store Overview now says whether it is pending, done or needs attention, and the ones that need you stand out.
- AI Visibility is now part of every plan, and a "Scan now" button runs an extra scan whenever you need it -- after a re-enrichment, for instance -- with a monthly allowance that depends on your plan.

### Fixed

- The free "How do LLMs see your products?" check now gives the same score as the Clione Pulse extension, broken down signal by signal with the fixes that matter most first.
- Stores that use their own enrichment prompt now also get Google's product category suggested for their Merchant Center feed.
- Undoing Clione's changes on a whole store now takes product signals off the storefront the same way as for categories, collections and pages.
- When a long enrichment finishes in the background and then fails, the dashboard now tells you it failed, and the credit is not charged.

## Version 0.16.0 · 30 September 2026

### New

- If you resell Clione to your own clients, each client is its own organization under yours, with its own websites, its own monthly credits and its own reports.
- One FAQ answer can now cover every product, category or page in a store with a single link, answers stay private to the store you wrote them in unless you choose to share them, and a new store starts with a set of common questions to be answered.
- Branded reports now show whether the work paid off: Search Console impressions, clicks and ranking for the pages Clione enriched next to the ones it hasn't, your biggest gains and drops, the readiness score before and after, and visits referred by AI assistants plus a monthly edition and a one-click PDF.
- Clione Pulse now takes you straight from a scan to a free trial for the store you were looking at, and the site links the extension, the page scanner and signup.
- You can now see whether AI assistants recommend your store: the share of Google AI Overviews that cite you, who is cited instead, the real answers assistants give about your category, and the weekly questions we ask on your behalf. Looking never costs you anything.
- Your catalog now keeps itself up to date: each store imports once a day at an hour you choose, and the Sync page tells you when it last ran and how much it brought in for products, categories and content. It only imports, it never spends enrichment credits on its own.
- Each piece of setup advice on your store overview can now be hidden on its own and brought back later, and anything you hide comes back by itself if the situation it was about changes.
- Clione now tells you when somebody edits a product, category or page in your store after it was enriched -- which fields changed, their old and new values, and a way to mark the change as reviewed once you have looked.
- Every catalog list can now show just your starred products, categories, collections, pages and FAQs, or sort the starred ones to the top so the things you are working on are one click away. Your stars stay yours; teammates never see them.
- Your store can now answer AI assistants on your own domain: an agents.json capability index and an MCP card that tells assistants how to query your catalogue directly. A new Agent readiness tab shows, check by check, what an assistant finds and what is still missing -- and you can now issue your own read-only key for it from Settings.
- You can now reset a product, category or page from its detail page: everything Clione published for it comes off your storefront in one step, your version history is kept so you can publish again, and Clione now keeps a copy of your original content from before it ever touched the entity.
- Clione can now write the page shoppers and AI assistants read before the product page: a buying guide or a side-by-side comparison built from your own enriched products, published to your store with the structured data that gets it cited, and linked both ways with the products it recommends.
- Your store can now speak every language it sells in. Turn on a market and Clione writes the title, description, FAQs and structured data in that language, so an AI assistant answering in German reads your German page instead of your English one.
- Public benchmark pages now show how the machine layer of a whole sector scores in a given country -- median, spread and the split between product and category pages -- so you can see where your own store sits.
- When your storefront already shows a breadcrumb trail of its own, Clione leaves it alone, and where there is none, it publishes the category path with a working link on every step, or nothing at all.
- Category, collection and content lists now load one page at a time, so large catalogs open fast; search, filters and sorting still cover the whole store.
- Right after you connect a store, and on every screen where you load FAQs or publish, Clione now tells you if its storefront script or app embed is missing or out of date, with the button that fixes it.
- Your trial banner now counts down the days you have left, and when the trial ends a screen shows you what you can do next.
- Sync all and Stop now ask you to confirm before they run.
- Connecting Google Search Console or Google Analytics now takes you to the Integrations tab and tells you whether it worked, including when your Google account has no properties yet.
- Installing the Clione app on a Shopify store before you have a Clione account now takes you through the normal signup, so your account, plan and store are set up together.

### Fixed

- Links in emails from Clione now always point at the environment you actually use. If the address is ever missing, we send nothing.
- The websites list in the sidebar now scrolls on its own, so "Add website" and the Organization, Billing and Reports links stay in view however many stores you have, and you can drag your websites into the order you want.
- Publishing now asks for as much confirmation as the action deserves: one click for a single page, a typed confirmation that names the number of items before anything writes to your whole catalog. After a push, the page says it is published, and when, instead of going quiet.
- A bulk keyword push now always names the store it is for, and refuses instead of guessing when an organization has several connected stores so a batch can never land on the wrong storefront.
- A re-enrichment that takes unusually long no longer reports an error for work that actually succeeded -- you are told it is still running, the result is saved, and you are never charged twice for a retry.
- You can now publish a product's FAQs to your store before running any AI enrichment -- the FAQ structured data goes live without spending a credit, and placeholder quality scores are no longer published for products the AI has not looked at yet.
- A month where Search Console reported nothing now leaves a clean break in the store performance line and the months that do have data stay visible on their own.
- A product you unpublish or delete on your store no longer loses its AI work. Clione keeps it, marks it as removed from the store, and hands everything back -- enrichment, FAQs and history -- the moment you publish it again, without spending any of your enrichment allowance.
- The store performance chart now draws the whole period you pick. Six and twelve months show month by month with dates along the bottom, and a month Search Console reported nothing for leaves a visible gap.
- Product edits you make in Shopify now reach Clione as soon as you save them, with no manual sync needed.
- Importing FAQs from a CSV now always lands on the store you are looking at -- the panel names it before you click, and an import with no store is refused. Re-importing a store's own export changes nothing.
- The FAQ count on your store overview matches what your store actually answers.
- With several stores in one organization, the Open Graph tags Clione publishes now carry the name and address of the store the item belongs to, and bulk keyword pushes skip items you have removed from your store.
- On Shopify, the availability in your structured data now follows whether the product can actually be bought, not the raw stock count.
- On BigCommerce, a missing storefront script no longer stops you from publishing, and a script installed by hand now counts as installed.
- The four-week wait before Insights shows a result now counts from your store's first publish, not from the day you connected it.
- The Pulse score Clione calculates in your dashboard and reports matches the Clione Pulse extension exactly.
- Deleting a store from Clione now removes only the storefront script Clione installed, revokes its key and tells you anything it could not remove.
- On Shopify, old canonical records that Clione no longer writes are left out of verification, so the Publish header no longer falls short.
- Rolling back the canonical of a BigCommerce page now restores the page's previous URL.
- Your store's llms.txt now lists only the kinds of signals that store has published.
- The Publishing log now names products by their title, and says so plainly when all it has is an AI description.
- The Organization and WebSite in your structured data now always point at the same store address.

### Improved

- The help documentation has been reviewed page by page against the product: what publishing actually does, what the free trial includes, how structured data reaches a BigCommerce storefront, and the real plan limits and add-ons -- with every page now available in both English and Spanish.

## Version 0.15.1 · 25 September 2026

### Fixed

- Switching between stores no longer leaves a copy of the "Get set up" checklist behind on the Store Overview.

## Version 0.15.0 · 25 September 2026

### New

- Your entity lists now tell you when they are hiding something: "63 of 75 - 12 hidden", with one click to show the pages and categories you have hidden on your storefront.
- Products you delete in BigCommerce can now be removed from Clione safely: the clean-up refuses to run unless it can prove it saw your whole catalogue, and stops rather than deleting an implausible share of it.
- The Playground now has a full-screen button: open the bench as a full page in a new tab and get the whole viewport for your runs.
- Star ratings from your store's reviews now reach the product schema on BigCommerce, and on Shopify from the standard review metafields every major review app writes -- never a made-up rating.
- Your uploaded brand documents can now travel with each product, category, collection, page and FAQ -- only the few excerpts that matter to that item, on top of your voice sheet. Off by default; one switch in AI Training turns it on and tells you what it costs.
- Upload your brand manual once and Clione distils it into a short voice sheet that travels with every AI text -- your documents stay private, the sheet stays editable, and you always see what a regeneration would change before it replaces anything.
- Clione now watches its own AI generations and warns the team when cost per product jumps, when answers stop fitting the expected format, or when a provider starts failing -- with the exact trace attached, before anyone notices on the bill.
- You can now report a problem from anywhere in the dashboard -- the lifebuoy in the top bar, or straight from an error -- and we already know which store and page you were on.
- Every platform alert now has one shape and one channel, with an escalation policy so a real outage is never buried under noise.
- Headless Shopify storefronts (Hydrogen) can now render Clione's structured data, meta tags and FAQ server-side straight from metafields, look up signals by product handle, and get verified like any other store.
- Your store overview now checks its own setup against your store -- connection, permissions, the FAQ widget on your storefront and your brand instructions -- and hands you the one button that fixes whatever is off.
- When you edit a product in BigCommerce or Shopify, Clione now picks up the change on its own, for each of your stores.
- The Playground now lives inside AI Training, as its own tab.
- Finishing an enrichment now takes you straight to Publish with the new draft in view, instead of leaving you on the same screen wondering whether anything happened.
- The store rail now shows each store's own favicon instead of a letter, so an organisation with several stores is a row of recognisable marks rather than a column of identical initials.

### Fixed

- The breadcrumb Clione publishes for your product pages is now one search engines accept: every step carries a real link, and the trail follows your store's real category path instead of listing every category a product happens to belong to.
- Full-screen Playground is now truly full screen: no side menus, no top bar, just the bench and a way back.
- FAQ Browse now shows the name of the product the FAQ actually belongs to, and says so plainly when an entry points at something that is not in the store you are looking at.
- Rolling back a signal now updates every record it actually removed, and the Publish header no longer under-counts a live FAQ accordion on Shopify.
- The structured-data preview now reports a product's availability the same way your storefront gets it. A draft or out-of-stock product no longer shows as in stock.
- A FAQ you create from the FAQs page now shows on the product, category or page you assigned it to.
- An item's FAQ tab now lists its FAQs in the same order your storefront shows them.
- Reaching a trial limit, or the end of your trial, now shows you how to upgrade.
- On a plan without the Merchant Center feed, its card now says which plan includes it.
- Rolling back a signal now removes it from the store the item belongs to.
- On the Publish tab, the list of signals agrees with the header above it about what is published.
- A few labels and panels that kept their dark-mode colours in light mode now follow the theme.
- The dashboard works better on a phone: product details and Insights no longer scroll sideways, login fields no longer zoom in on iPhone, and the mobile menu skips hidden items when you move through it with the keyboard.
- Every sync now ends with one clear message -- "N of M synced", or a failure that reads as a failure -- even if you left the page while it ran, and it says "categories" or "collections" in the right language.
- Discount codes Clione creates on Shopify now go through the same rate limiting as every other Shopify call, so a busy store no longer runs into Shopify's limits.
- With several stores in one organization, the Publishing log now shows only the store you are looking at.
- Category, collection and page details now keep their header and tabs in view while you scroll, like product details do.
- Admin views do not return stored API keys.

### Improved

- Category, collection and content pages now publish their real storefront URL in the structured data Clione injects, and the preview in the dashboard shows exactly what the storefront carries.

## Version 0.14.0 · 17 September 2026

### New

- Store instructions now hold up to 10,000 characters, up from 2,000.
- You can now upload a document -- TXT, Markdown, PDF or Word -- into Store instructions: the text is added after what you already wrote, and the file itself is not kept.
- When a product, category, collection or page has no usable title or description, Clione now asks you for a source to look it up before enriching, instead of filling the gaps with guesses.
- Every row in every list now opens its detail when you click anywhere on it, keyboard included.

### Fixed

- When you search your products, the link to select them all now says how many results it will select.
- The bulk-enrichment progress bar now uses singular and plural correctly in both languages.
- Your list filters and sorting are now remembered per store and never carried over to another store.
- The Playground's run counter now shows the real number of runs, so the limit warning no longer appears early.
